Aerial LiDAR Survey (ALS) is an advanced mapping technology that uses laser pulses emitted from an aircraft to capture highly accurate 3D information of the Earth’s surface. By collecting millions of data points over large areas, it generates detailed digital terrain models, contours, and elevation datasets with exceptional precision. Unlike conventional surveying methods, aerial LiDAR can efficiently map complex terrain and penetrate vegetation gaps to reveal the true ground surface.
